Sam Walt Jones is a Los Angeles based comedian, writer and actor originally from Greensboro, North Carolina. Sam got his start in entertainment by acting in television shows including Chicago Justice and Netflix’s Unbelievable. Sam has also been featured in and written jokes for numerous national commercial campaigns.

Sam has performed character-based comedy around Los Angeles, hosting The Pansexual Bachelor w/ Holmes which was featured in the Netflix is a Joke Festival in 2022 and producing sold-out shows at Dynasty Typewriter and the Elysian Theater.

Recently Sam finished mounting the second season of his wildly successful show Survivor: Island of Idiots which was regarded as a “splendidly mutated wonderland” by The Comedy Bureau.

When he is not producing, Sam spends most days teaching improvisation classes at rehabilitation centers around the Los Angeles area.

Sam holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from Elon University.
